Farewell Micheal, I have let the party calm down before writing this, Micheal you were a brilliant showman and singer, dancer, songwriter and I believe a caring person. The music business has lost an icon, the world has lost a star, and most of all 3 children have lost a father.
I believe deep inside Micheal felt lost and alone, his music and shows helped him forget, his children gave him a reason to live. Micheal was a child who never grew up,, or grew up too soon that his childhood was snatched from beneath him. The world is sad at the loss, fans paid respect everywhere, but I found the wearing of a glittering glove by all the family a little over the top, it made what should and could have been a lovely tribute, a bit of a circus. I felt so sad when they referred to Prince2 as "blanket". This child will have this name forever, and I believe it will not help him in life. Micheal, talented Micheal, friend of all children, why hand Prince 2 from a window covered with a blanket??Why subject the child to a legacy of being known as Blanket.
Find peace, you will always be remembered, but I hope your son will not always be remembered as Blanket..................Thankyou for all your music
